Recently purchased an Outback with 93k miles on it. Brought it in for transmission drain and fill as well as both front and rear differentials. They did a full inspection. Thankful nothing needs immediate attention. Clean shop and honestly run.
Performed an overall inspection on the Forester, focusing on specific repairs and service that the Subaru dealership was recommending. Alternative Autoworx gave an honest assessment and let us know that none of the repairs were necessary at this time, outside of the battery possibly needing replacement within the next few months, depending on how it holds up over the winter. Bobby, AJ, and Matt were all incredible. A lot of repair work was needed and they did both excellent work and helped me through the decision making process.
Have been coming here for several years and will continue to have my Subaru serviced here! AJ and Matt are always helpful and courteous. And I feel bad, I don't know the name of the mechanic, but he is amazing as well! They have never tried to up-sell me or perform unnecessary repairs.
