Great customer service. They explained that warranty work often doesn’t want to pay, but they discussed the vehicle symptoms and code with us and confirmed it was what we thought. Gave us some tips for the fix and a quote for the dealer. We ended up not using this mechanic for the service, because the car dealer weaseled out of paying out warranty.

Called the owner and he assured us he would meet us in the morning on a Saturday. Drove in from San Antonio to drop off the car and enjoy a weekend in Corpus Christi. The guy never showed and would not answer the phone! Us a ton of money for no service. Absolutely despicable.
