Great communication, not pushy with up sales (but still will give recommendations and information), very accommodating, fair prices and the owner Rickey is a nice, personable guy.
This is a safe place for getting work done. They don't try and rip you off or try to upsell things you can do without. They are super flexible about parts and have cheaper labor than most other mechanics in the area. They do their best to work with you on picking up/ dropping off vehicles. I love this shop
Rick & his staff have been working on our vehicles for a while now. They always do an excellent job! When Rick knows I'm going on a trip, he goes the extra mile to make sure everything is working properly. I can't tell you how much their thoroughness is appreciated -- especially when I making long distance trips. Rick's prices are fair & we trust his advice, recommendations & the work of this hardworking, conscientious group! I'm so thankful someone recommended Alternative Automotive to us. You will be too!!
I was in a big pinch and these guys got me in almost immediately, got my vehicle diagnosed and fixed quickly after facilitating a tow from Fairview where my car was broken down, making it extremely easy for me by just adding it to the bill. I walked out of there spending much LESS than I had anticipated, and every person that I interacted with was extremely nice and pleasant . I would recommend 10/10 and I will absolutely be choosing this place again when I need work.
