If I could give this sorry excuse of a mechanic a zero stars I would. Billy Bird has had my son's car for more than seven months and it is still not in running order. He insists on cash only, so he can avoid paying taxes. He was paying his staff in cash, so they've lost out on the employer's share of social security taxes. He's now fired all of his staff and is attempting to run the shop himself. We will be taking him to court to get my son's vehicle back.
These guys are great! They are patient, knowledgeable, and do great work at great prices. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm happy.
