Very good experience. I booked my appointment online and called ahead of time just to make sure we were all on the same page. I went in and was greeted by Nolving. I explained everything I needed done. Nolving realized that I was in a bit of a pinch without me telling him, and got to work right away. Nolving stayed about a hour after they were already closed just to make sure my car was ready to go. They exceeded my expectations and I will definitely recommend this place.
Not triple AAA recommended. over charged for a bolt. threatened me with storage fees for holding my car with partial payment for less than 2 bussiness days after repair. kept me waiting 25+ min just to pay after rushing me in with rudness. Dont go here was sketchy from jump.
I've been coming here for about 3 years now and I won't go anywhere else. First, Jeff and Steve are honest and that's hard to find these days. Second, the shop is immaculate. Third, they can usually get me in either the same day or in a day or two for big repairs. 10/10 Recommend.
This is definitely the spot for your automotive needs. I've been coming here for several years now, even did an engine replacement. Steve and Jeff are absolutely amazing. They provide red carpet service and always make the customer priority.
I really enjoy coming to this location for my car needs. It's thorough, he explains what will be the affordable options and I feel like I can trust the company that my car will be fixed correctly
