My husband is a quadriplegic we have an elevator that they put in and service. It broke down on a Saturday and they have no weekend hours. My husband has to sleep I his chair because it breaks down not during office hours???? That’s crap! We don’t have this elevator out of convenience it’s a necessity!!!! You should have emergency hours!!!
