Surprisingly bad The website lists incorrect information for some of the readers. They have never fixed this, even with complaints. Trying to cancel an order is impossible and you will find yourself paying twice to get the right book. Check the book or reader BEFORE you sign for it. Mine had about 50 inverted print pages that could not be read.
