Horrible. They don't return calls and when you do reach someone you get wht is later confirmed to be an outright lie, half truth or misinformation. They blame their own therapists or insurance when the holdup is really their admin people. I've been in and out of hospitals and surgeries for over a year now and for some reason (kickbacks?) Of course no way to reach out to the parent company for help Just don't use them. They do not care about you. My experience is it takes weeks to get someone to come out.
