After texting with a member of the team and scheduling an interview. I received a last-minute cancellation email within 7 minutes of the expected phone call based on “PAY EXPECTATION IS ABOVE RANGE.” I sat waiting on a phone call for a half hour with questions regarding the position. I felt like it was a waste of my time and extremely unprofessional on behalf of the company. I wouldn’t waste my time in the future. Seems to me they don’t appreciate their staff or clients.
Great company to work for. Recruiter was informative and supportive through hiring process. Leadership was welcoming and available. Training is top notch. This company cares about their employees and it is an amazing place to be a part of.
Not sure of all the negative reviews. I have had excellent relationships between the nurses and therapist at Kettering, home health. I have had a nurse visit me for over a year. Her name is Marlise. She was employee of the year for 2025. She well deserves that distinction. She is very kind and concerned about my health. She has been at my house and has identified me during having a a fib event and I was sent to the hospital and saved my life. Thank you, Marlise. You are so well appreciated.
