Horrible!!!! They repeatedly make mistakes and can’t properly schedule bedside baths for their patients. Definitely looking for another competent agency.
This company is garbage to work for. The owners and management only care about themselves and the bottom line . They treat field staff terribly and they lie to patients about when services will be done . If I could give it zero stars I would . Worst company I have ever dealt with
Very negligent nurse who no-showed for my sister’s care. The nurse didn’t show or even call to say she wasn’t going to keep her scheduled appointment with my sister! No one from the company called back after my niece called 3 times! The neglect has my sister in a bad situation health-wise now and back at the hospital! Do NOT use this company!!! This home care company is the rude, demanding and very few are caring! Several staff members dress very unprofessional Erin PT supervisor sport bra off the shoulder shirt over it and skin tie leggings and salads, Dan PTA wears shorts and different polo shirts! Does not listen when a patient says I can’t do anymore! They all call night before and demand what time they will be there the next day!
