Unreliable from install to communication after the fact and everything in between. Product is great but there are other authorized dealers to choose from
They have been out 4 times and every time there is a new problem. You get charged for travel time , parts aren’t in, at the same time your generator doesn’t work and if the power goes out your left with a flooded basement. Is there someone out there that knows how to fix a generator? Evidently they don’t , all you get is a bill that keeps going UP.
