They talk a good story when selling you the ac system. But when my system started making noise after 2 months they said it was drain issue that was existing and told me to get a plumber. even though I never asked them to use existing drain when they did install and said the entire install was included. Be careful of promises from these guys I'm commenting on their comment. Note the previous AC unit I had in their never made a sound. Follow up review: They work with you. After installing 4 AC units, solar, and a Tesla battery we have had nothing but great service from them when there have been issues with our system, from setup to completion-such as when the Tesla battery failed they troubleshooted and fixed it. When the AC unit had a red light, they were prompt to send someone.

I don’t normally like to leave bad reviews, but after about 6 months of trying to get someone to check PV system , I am beyond frustrated. My solar tracking app stopped reporting and then I started getting “micro inverters not functioning properly messages. “ I was instructed to buy a new Gateway, which I did for $800. Then I was told it’s probably my WiFi extenders, so I purchased new ones as well. If you use this company, you better hope you never need them to service or stand behind their work. We keep having leaks from where they installed our solar hot water. They came out over a year ago to fix it and with this most recent round of rains, it began leaking again. After leaving numerous messages, I finally got in touch to report the leak. I was told they were slammed and would put me on the schedule and somebody would call me. That was over three weeks ago. I keep trying to find out status of a repair, but nobody ev... read more

Excellent service. We had four split air systems installed. The entire team from sales, electrical and installation crew were great to work with. They listened to what we wanted and were very receptive to discussing the pros and cons of different placement options. We were particularly impressed by how well they cleaned up after themselves, and all the units work as intended.
