Sharing our experience with Alterna Savings Credit Union. My mother in law had her bank acct compromised back in November, had almost $7000 taken from her. The bank is CHOOSING to blame her, although will not provide proof that it was her fault. She is 80, and has had this acct for over 56 years. They put indefinite holds on your accounts and if you try to complain and expedite the resolution, they only block you from logging in. They are not even registered with BBB to file a complaint. Note, that the complaint was filed to all possible channels. It's a lie that you value your customers and that the customers have a voice - my only chance to recover my money is to get the bank I transferred the money from to recall it.
