April 1, 2026 approximately 3:50 pm, Hwy 87 between Adkins and Lavernia. Alderman truck 2401 lic. Plate TVS5195. The driver drove with total disregard for the law or safety of others. Driver turned in to La Vernia HEB. Called company, got a computer telling me how important my call was for 3 minutes so I hung up and went to their website to try and find an email, but all I found was a them bragging about how safety is a priority. What a joke.
A ladder fell off of a Alterman truck and hit the front of my truck on the highway in San Antonio. After flashing my high beams and getting the Alterman drivers attention he pulled over but then drove off leaving the ladder. I’ve initiated contact with people from safety at the San Antonio office. The incident occurred December 10,2025 and I have yet to hear back from anyone. Turning left from a straight Lane is toxic and incredibly dangerous. To do the same thing and a company vehicle absolutely insane. If you can't even be trusted to drive in a basic competent manner, there's no way you can be trusted with electrical services in my house or my business. Almost causing a four-car accident horrid. Avoid this company.
