Don’t waste your time on this guy. After he takes your money, you will hear from him once a month because he’s so “busy.”
Michael was one person before giving him the retainer fee and another person afterwards. The laws in this state do not protect renters at all so I can’t blame him for doing his best but I was unable to get any of our 11,000 dollar deposit back over a mold problem which caused us to break our lease. Once we moved out he was done with our case and didn’t make any efforts to get that money back for us. Actually, after we made the retainer payment it was hard to get him on the phone and when we did he was really rude.
