It is a company trying to handle too much at the same time. I just had the worst real estate closing experience of my life and I been in a few. The staff is unprofessional. Don't have a clue on what they are doing. God forbid the closing goes wrong and they have to correct the numbers they get very aggressive. Like in my case. The lady handling the closing, when I called back asking why the amount on my check was short she just gave me grief.
