I first worked with Henry Alterman at Alterman Audio 10 years ago when I set up my new home’s AV system. When it was time for an upgrade, he was the only person I trusted. His knowledge is top-notch, and he always explains things in a way that makes sense. He stuck to my budget and made the whole process easy. If you need AV help, he’s your guy.

Alterman Audio's history with New Orleans goes back to the early 1970s. This store has been helping people make difficult decisions about what audio and or video product would be best for them for a long, long time! No high pressure sales tactics. The most knowledgeable people work there with all the answers to all your questions. I highly recommend going there if you are in the market for any audio or video products. You won't be sorry.
It's so refreshing to be able to walk into a audio/video place and be able to talk to a guy like Henry. He has a wealth of knowledge and can answer your questions. He sells excellent equipment at competitive prices.
