Once again Natalie came through with a fantastic cut for me!! We have finally got the cowlicks growing out enough I can actually do something with my hair. Natalie gets my hair which many hairdressers haven’t for a very long time. Don’t you dare go anywhere Natalie - I am grateful to have someone listen!!

Have had two appointments with Nat so far and I’ve had great results each time, she listens to me when I’m explaining the colour of blonde I am going for. Blonde hair can have varying results, too yellow, too cool or brassy and with her skills and eye for colour my hair looks exactly how I want each time. Recently, have had extensions installed and my hair looks so natural and you cannot see the tape. It’s always a positive experience Nat!

I just had my hair done by Nat and what a fantastic job she did. I would highly recommend going to altered images. She’s just a wonderful person and takes pride in her work

Nat did my hair and she did such an amazing job! Shes so down to earth and really listens to what you want but also shares her ideas. She honestly and takes so much pride in what she does, I highly recommend her services!

UPDATE: Now that Ryan is no longer there it's a disappointment. I booked an appointment today , reluctantly, with a different stylist since Ryan no longer works there. It usually takes only an hour and 10 min to do my hair regardless if roots or full colouring is done. I explained the time allotment to the stylist ( and that I'm going to need extra work because it's been months since I had my hair done. She said she has a 2 hour free time block this afternoon so I should come in for 3pm. I got there for 3:18 because my puppy... read more
