One of very few spa/gyms I've been too that has pro body building equipment. They have a Nautilus lat pull down machine which you will never see at a chain gym (this was one of the machines that Dorian Yates used to get imo the best ever back in body building history). The pool/hot tub area has a tropical feel to it. The changing rooms are huge for the size of the complex. Requested a refund on 7 different occasions and never received it. Untrustworthy business; Avoid.
Some staff are very friendly but the gym itself is a health and safety nightmare. Children run riot, parents uninterested or screaming at them and staff are unwilling or unable to do anything. There are also a lot of cracked tiles, mould in the showers, showers are often cold. Pieces of equipment can sit broken for weeks, even months. And the place needs a massive overhaul.
