My son is 12 years old and wanted to try out a salon as he wanted a dye and punk cut. I was greeted with a $250 price from stylist Kayla, we settled on $160. It was the worst experience ever. Im 8 months pregnant and I broke down as soon as I reached my bedroom. His hair is botched. I watched Kayla with disbelief as she bleached his hair completely missing at least 1/2 of his head. Kayla is the absolute best. They gave me exactly what I wanted. I've been very anxious about going back to a salon due to an extremely poor experience I've ra year ago. I desperately needed a hair cut. Kayla delivered. I'm happy to look in the mirror again. Thank you so much. I plan to be a long time customer if Kayla is there.

It can be hard to feel included or truly cared for at some salons, but Shonda makes you feel right at home.
