Josh and his crew did an OUTSTANDING job with our project. We had some pretty major water issues in our backyard, and they were able to come in and design a solution with multiple layers that resolved all of our concerns. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. These folks are professional, expedient and friendly. That shouldn't be a rarity these days but it is. They leveled and graded our back yard FAST and well done. They were nice to my dog. They had branded equipment and trucks. Pretty much everything you would expect and more. I'd hire them again in an instant.
Josh and his team did a amazing job on my pool. Josh came to meet me in person with his engineer and we designed the perfect pool for my yard and family. The 3D design helped paint the picture for my yard and Josh helped make my dream of a pool for my family come true. The project manager Rob kept me informed thru the entire process. Not Satisfied – Poor Customer Service and Quality We hired Altered Grounds Landscape for a project and, unfortunately, were very disappointed with the outcome. 1. Smaller Plants Than Requested – Despite specifically asking for larger, more developed plants, they planted the smallest ones available.
