I went to Rackell in June 2021 (45th Street location) and she did an awesome silk press job. My hair took about 4 hours because it’s super thick and long. She did a detox, trim and everything else for a good price. She was funny, patient, and great at what she does. I’ll be going back to her today and more often afterwards. 😀😀😀 PS - Shrinkage is NO joke as you can see in the pictures
Rackell was excellent! She actually cared about the health of my hair and not the money. My experience was Exceptional and relaxing. The atmosphere is phenomenal. 10/10
