I feel it's necessary for me to post a review so my situation doesn't happen to others. From day one I knew that I was facing issues I needed to deal with ASAP. I was admitted for a fractured hip and was totally non weight bearing on my left leg. I needed assistance at all times when I was up, however, I was not getting it at all. My mom was in the skilled nursing side and I felt the care was less than adequate. I felt I had to check on her two to three times a day to make sure she was eating and getting out of bed. Some of the staff were great and others acted like a request was a huge inconvenience. Communication was not good either. We pulled mom out and put her back in her home with 24/7 home health care. A lot more expensive but at least we know she is tended too as needed.

My father had an accident which required spinal surgery. He was at Edwin Shaw and Aultman Woodlawn and finally at Nobles Pond. The therapy at Nobles Pond was superior to anywhere he was on his journey to recovering. He ultimately returned home and received home care from Altercare Home Health. He has been able to return to functioning pre-injury. He would not have been able to do this with out Nobles Pond's therapy and Altercares Home Health. I would highly recommend them.
