my husband was there for 22 days and i do not recommend this place for anyone needing clean up care every morning i arrived of which i only missed one morning his clothes were all gone his bed was wet he was in wet clothes no one could tell me where his clothes were never got his clothes back some of the upper staff who is suppose to help and be your support were rude however the nurses were the bomb super great the aids would be sitting in a room would turn on light for help i physically would have to go in a room to get ... read more
I would not recommend this place to anybody! My mother was here 6 years ago and it was nice but in the last 6 years it has went straight to hell you don't get the care you paid for you get left on bedpans that you have to end up taking off yourself and spilling I didn't even get breakfast this morning and come 9:30 I asked her if I was going to get my breakfast and they forgot and there wasn't hardly anything left back there. They treat their employees like dirt. On the long-term unit where my room is one nurse is responsible for at least 35 people. The day shift nurse is snotty and doesn't treat me well. Sometimes I don't get my meds and when I do it is usually after I am already asleep. It is TERRIBLE here! If you really care about your loved one, I would steer clear of here. Some nights we don't even get fed! Sometimes I feel like finding a way to end it all. I am stuck here and don't have anywhere else to go!
Amenities are non-existent, some of the staff is excellent others are beyond intolerable, the facility is grossly outdated, it is very understaffed, and the staff that is bad seems to have forgotten that they are employees behave instead like dictators, the majority of the food is inedible, the services they provide are subpar at best and the price is astronomical
