Garbage Truck comes at 4:25am every morning and is the loudest truck in the world, waking everyone up. Schedule it to come later in the day Altercare. This is common sense.
This place is a hole. I wouldn't take my dog there. Smells like urine, aides and nurses are babysitters. No bathrooms in patient rooms. Nothing to wash hands from the bedside comode. Getting my loved one outta there!! It is a5 star on the Cleveland clinic/Akron Generals list— Altercare must have paid to be on that list. Look at other reviews - they aren't lying.
The inside of facility needs to be remodeled remove the smelly carpet, and then put a privacy fence around the facility because the neighboring houses can look directly into the residence rooms. It needs 24 hour cleaning personnel.
