My experience here was wonderful! Very kind people. I asked them to alter my prom dress. They needed to bring it in a little and add a slit to the skirt. They did it quickly (within a week, for prom season that's very good!). Price was nice, $60 for a prom dress altering. The results were awesome! You couldn't even tell that the dress didn't have a split to begin with, and the stitches that bought it in were pretty good! Very satisfied!
Altered my wedding dress here. They did such a great job. They did everything asked for.
This is an okay alterations place. I've been here several times and requested minor alterations, mostly hemming and take ins and the stitching has always been poor. I can visibly see poor and uneven stitching. Customer service also needs improvement. Might be better to shop around.
Had a simple dress to shorten and when I got it back, it wasn’t shortened at all. They didn’t work on it. Complete waste of time. Unfortunately, I figured out too late when I had the event the next day and already paid.
