worst customer service i have ever recieved – I took a 2 pairs of Rock and Republic jeans in to get hemmed they were horrible I would tell every one that there are plenty of other great places and not to give money to these people because they will do an awful job and scam you. Poor Quality Work – I have never ever experienced such poor customer service from an alterations company since living in Sacramento. I chose this place since they advertise Expert Alterations for St. John Knits on their window. However, the St. John Knit slacks I had "taken in," were not completed properly and with jagged stitches, and still 1 size too big.
