Would not recommend. I paid them to fit a jacket, which they did. But because of the way they did it, it messed up the shoulders and they wanted me to pay additional to have them fix what they caused. Poor business practices. I will not be giving them my money or service again. Go somewhere else.
I needed something fix and it was my first time looking for places that can help. I found this place and it had some good reviews. I went in, the front people were helpful and answered all my question. They let me know that they can give me a week to receive the item and provided a price. I get a call later that day and they said they were able to get my item in quick. Same day fixed. Great experience! Found my new spot for future alterations.
I brought in three jackets for alterations, two were just adding a small item, the third was harder - shortening the sleeves. The owner Fernando looked it over and we agreed on a pickup date about a week out. He then asked if I wanted to pay now or pay when I pick them up, I stupidly agreed to pay him up front.
