Alterations plus bailed on finishing my wedding dress two weeks before my wedding. It was so poorly done at my fitting 14 days before my wedding, I was horrified. When I voiced my concern, the owner Cheryl, offered me my money back. I explained to her this wasn't about the money but rather that I needed a dress and time was rapidly running out. The bridal shop where I bought all of my bridesmaid dresses for my wedding suggested Alterations Plus so I sent my bridesmaids there with their dresses. The 4 of of them went within in 2 days of each other and I was able to go along with the 4th girl. The lady that runs the business pulled the dress up to thigh length (this dress was supposed to be knee length) and asked if that was great. Altered my wedding dress. Was very thorough and helpful and the dress fit perfectly. I wasn't even sure what i needed but she knew and wasn't afraid to give her opinion but without being pushy. I didn't have to worry about my dress for a second thru the entire wedding, it stayed on and stayed comfortable.
