The woman that was supposed to alter my friends wedding dress told her that she did not want to work on a piece of crap like this. We are not coming to you for fashion advice, or your opinion. We came to you to do your job, that we are paying you for, regardless of if you like the article of clothing or not. Words cannot express how disappointed I am in this “business”. Someone please coach the staff on basic customer service skills, because this is not the way to stay in business.
I brought in my wedding dress to be taken in a little. The seamstresses told me I should go buy a, "cheap $99 dress from David's Bridal, it will look better than this." They were extremely rude and inhospitable. I told them I was willing to pay for them to fix this one and they refused, saying it would be a waste of their time. According to their Google Reviews, this isn't the first time this has happened. I found someone else who was able to fix it perfectly in under two hours.
