WARNING!!!!!!!!! – Terrible!!! I was quoted $30-40 for a bridesmaid dress alteration and when i picked up the dress it cost me a whopping $85!!!!!!! The dress origical price was $130!!! UNBELIEVABLE~~~Hope your pockets are deep stepping into this place!!
Excellent Service! – I've been visiting this tailor for about six years now and can't say I've ever had a bad experience. I primarily use these ladies for hemming pants (I'm 6' tall and often have to take hems down), but I have used their services for altering bridesmaid dresses and taking in waists of pants. The ladies are always friendly and helpful, the prices are reasonable and they always get it right the first time. I highly recommend Alterations of Springdale!
Great for Wedding Dresses & others! – I went to Alterations of Springdale for alterations to my wedding dress almost 2 years ago (Nov 09). They got it right the first time - fit like a glove! They were extremely nice and told me to try it on at home (again), and if it needed taken in a little more to just let them know. No need! I went in recently for my bridesmaid dress for brother's wedding and got the same great service. Perfect Wedding Dress Alterations! – I took my new wedding dress into the shop two weeks ago and the lady who assisted me was extremely nice and helpful. I tried on the dress and the seamstress (can't remember her name) pinned the areas that needed to be altered. She quoted me an extremely reasonable price and said the dress would be ready in one week. I picked up the dress one week later and it fit like a glove! The price was the same as quoted.
