Multiple people on local social media are reporting that this business misses deadlines and does not return dresses that she takes for alterations. Some state that dresses that were given a week or two turnaround were still not completed a month later and they had to demand their dresses back, with no attempt at alterations done. Brought my dress is 4 weeks before my prom, and told her the date of my prom the very first time she made me come in. Then she made me come in again a week later to repin everything, even though she said she did that the first time. Then I don’t hear anything for weeks until 4 days before my prom.
