I went online and found Alterations Express right on Royalton Road in Strongsville, and I am beyond impressed. Susanna, the manager, was absolutely outstanding. Trustworthy service at reasonable Prices! The ladies are patient and kind when listening to customer’s needs and ideas of how they wish the garment to look. … the ladies offer advice and options. Have been a customer for over 10 years at the Strongsville location and I have had only wonderful service and results. I have had all types of clothing altered there: Gowns, dresses, slacks, jeans and skirts and medical overcoats.
Their attention to detail is amazing and they do very quality work. They were able to notice gapping in my prom dress that I missed and were able to fix it which was greatly appreciated. They are also great at getting hemming done quickly and efficiently.
