I dropped off two dresses on a Wednesday. They said the following Monday they would be ready. I returned on the Thursday, three days AFTER I was told they’d be ready and I was told they were just being finished! I had to return an hour later and when I did they gave me my dresses, but one of them was not mine! I then had to wait another 15 minutes for them to retrieve the correct dress. Dropped off a jacket with some stains on the front and back which I highlighted to the girl who served me. I asked her to take note of the one on the back please. She threw the jacket on the side of the counter and gave me my docket. On collection, the stain on the back was still there! Had. been missed! Another girl served me. Just as rude and suggested the stain might have been another type of stain then and removable . I said no, they were the same stain, just Coke. Too bad if I needed the jacket for that weekend. Placed three blazers in for dry-cleaning, they were returned to me wrinkled, and dirty. One blazer had burn marks on the front lapel. Have never experienced this at any other dry-cleaning facility. Totally gobsmacked. I would not recommend at all.
I would like to say don’t go to this shop. Customer service is rude never open shop on time. First they message you like your cloths are ready for pickup and when you come they says it’s not done yet. Have a extremely bad experience
I just asked for some advice for some clothing alterations and the Mrs in front (blonde) didn’t let me finish my question or say something.. She was so rude sending me to another place on level 3 and telling they didn’t have time 😡 she was obviously angry or having a bad day for something but please don’t treat customers like that.. It’s not my fault 😡
