Sylvia and her staff did an excellent job on an assortment of clothing for a trip. They hemmed 10 pants and a dress, altered 4 vests, and shortened the sleeves on 5 blouses at a reasonable price. Everything fit perfectly and it was ready as promised.

I would give it zero if I could. Like previous customer stated my items were not ready on the day agreed. When I picked it up it was a disaster. It looked like a blind person hemmed my pants!. And still paid $18 for a ruined pair of pants. Never again. You've been warned. Don't bother
A very disappointing experience. I took 3 pairs of pants to be hemmed in on a Friday, they were promised the next Thursday. I wasn’t able to go by until Saturday. First of all she couldn’t find them for 25 minutes. Once they were found they had not been touched! I went back on the next Monday and it , again, took a minute to find them. I asked for some type of discount for all of the trouble. They refused so I will NOT be going back!
Went in for a last minute alteration and she had it done the following day. Fair prices and the alterations were perfect.
