My family has been going to Silvia for years! And by my family, I mean my mom, sister, grandma, aunts on both sides. We all trust her and her team with our clothes. Prices are fair, timing is fair, and the work is always excellently done, whether it's rehemming a pair of pants or letting out a homecoming dress. This is a very honest business in El Paso, and they dont try silly games or jacking up prices last minute. Sylvia and her staff did an excellent job on an assortment of clothing for a trip. They hemmed 10 pants and a dress, altered 4 vests, and shortened the sleeves on 5 blouses at a reasonable price. Everything fit perfectly and it was ready as promised.
Super friendly and a life saver with the work pants !
I would give it zero if I could. Like previous customer stated my items were not ready on the day agreed. When I picked it up it was a disaster. It looked like a blind person hemmed my pants!. And still paid $18 for a ruined pair of pants. Never again. You've been warned. Don't bother
