Uppety. No desire to work on jeans for the working man. Lay time I went here employee said my jeans were dirty. They were stained, not dirty. Today I felt it was inflated prices. We need a solid Korean alteration business. They sewed everything an everything solid. Times I miss the ARMY.
I took in a formal dress for a vow renewal to be hemmed, it was a week turn around, but I had the time to wait for the alteration. The hemming was fine, but when I tried on and inspected the dress when picking up, I noticed two areas of damage at the bottom of the dress. They tried to say it was water damage and since I needed it by next week, I would need to take it elsewhere to be steamed again and they would reimburse me for the service (which is ridiculous because “EXPRESS” is literally in the name of the company).
