I use this location frequently. From small jobs to big jobs, they consistently provide excellent alterations on top of being friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Was told by the staff that they were 4 days back from being able to fix the rip in my pocket. She said I can pay more money and they could finish it sooner. She said the more I paid, the sooner it would get done. I can see why they're 4 days back. People probably just keep getting their order skipped for new customers willing to pay a bit more. Maybe the company can just help the guests in the order that they arrive.
We had an issue with the repairs but once contacted they fixed it same day, while we waited.
