1st time, walk-in customer. Wonderful experience. Friendly, attentive staff. Only needed a pair of jeans hemmed. The "while-you-wait" price was very reasonable so took advantage of it. Have used a couple other local alteration businesses but they retired (and wait times were too long). This is my new "go to" place! Highly recommend!
No bridal dress services offered here as of 10/27 despite getting their information from a bridal show
**Please MAKE SURE you carefully REVIEW your receipt BEFORE LEAVING the store.** When I initially dropped off my dress, the staff I interacted with were kind and helpful. However, my experience with the staff on Friday, September 26th between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM was disappointing and is ultimately the reason I will not be returning. Upon pickup, I was not informed that the elastic grip I had prepaid $25 (total was $137) for was not on the dress. This issue was only discovered because the dress was tried on in-store.
