I brought several pairs of pants to be hemmed, providing a certain amount of inches that needed to be cut off. A couple of pairs were done correctly however, the rest were off ( too short) anywhere between half an inch and one full inch. When I provided the measurements to the customer service, I informed them that I was trying to get to a specific sea, however, they never suggested that I should provide the inseam measurement to them.
