Unprofessional – This alteration shop is horrific. They don't listen to the customer. If the customer is not satisfied with the result, shouldn't the owners do something to resolve the customer's complaint? I brought in pants to get hemmed. They measured and pinned where I wanted. However, the length was incorrect when they finished the pants. I told them that this was not where I wanted my pants hemmed. They would not redo it and just asked for my money. Very unprofessional, NOT CUSTOMER-CENTERED.
unprofessional and childish – What really caught my eye is this company wrote a negative review for a rival company "And Sew On", pretending to be a dissatisfied customer and left a one star review (complaining about goofing up a military uniform and a wedding dress). However the user name for this review was "alterationsbykarenandbecky". Now why would this company bring their wedding dress and military uniforms to a rival? To me that is slander, unprofessional and high school. You lost my respect, and a customer.

The best alterations and customer service – Alterations by Karen and Becky is a small shop with a lot of talent! Their work is truly first class, I have never been disappointed. They have reasonable prices, and they do the work fast. I have brought my clothes to different shops, but I never got the service I got with Karen and Becky, they are sweet women who make a person feel very special! Highly recommended!
Simply Amazing – Alterations by Karen & Becky do a great job! i especially love the shop it's very cozy and relaxing. They are always kind and will try and help if they can. I really also enjoy how they joke around and try to make conversation it makes everything so much more easy and Karen and Becky are honest, and that's not something you come across theses days. I highly Recommend taking your clothes that need to be altered here!
