We brought in 3 bridesmaid dresses. One was altered correctly; 2 were not. One of my daughters decided to bring her dress elsewhere to get it corrected, The other asked Ann to redo the top of the dress, because it was not altered (but should have been). This time, the dress is too tight and the fabric is stretching. We are going to take it elsewhere since the wedding is less than 2 weeks away and is a destination wedding. The service was very unsatisfactory and unprofessional. I do not recommend them at all.
This place is great, the only problem is they are so popular it takes a few weeks to get the simplest alterations done.
Great service, good prices, locally owned, going out of business.
