Elaine is a well-kept secret in the Monroeville area. I travel across the city to go to her specifically. She is incredibly skilled, fair and affordable. Can not recommend enough.
Have taken pants and several jumpsuits to Elaine everything has always been great with the alterations! Will continue taking my clothes to her!
First, she was very impersonable and unprofessional. I had taken a bridesmaid dress that needed hemmed and adjusted on the side since it was a one-shoulder dress. She very quickly put one pin in for the hem and based it on my judgement as to where it should be taken in on the side and only put one pin there as well. When I went to pick it up, she brought it out, very abruptly asked for my payment, and never offered for me to try it on to see how it was.
