Mitzi always does fantastic work on alterations
We had 4 dresses altered (3 bridesmaid dresses and 1 mother of the groom dress) and had one of the worst experiences I have ever had as a customer. The snap I had put in at the neckline was showing when I tried the dress on, so I calmly asked "What can we do about that?" The seamstress responded "I don't know, sweetheart, it's not like I can wave a magic wand and fix everything". She had no ideas to resolve the matter and was rude and unhelpful.
