Read great reviews about this place, but when I walked in, she barely even looked at me. she seemed very displeased and I just wanted to leave. She might do good work, Ill never know, but I would suggest she starts working on those customer service skills.
After she erased our review we saw it fitting to repost it just to warn other users. Had the dress for four weeks Would call and schedule an appointment on a Saturday (1:30) Saturday's hours are 12-3, she flat no showed and all but quit answering our calls. After having had the dress for four weeks she didn't touch it. At all We ended up having to threaten with legal action to get the dress back after wasting so much time dealing with her. Do not trust her Do not use her I recommend his and hers tailors on alameda st.
I suggest when a customer walks in to your place of business to be greeted professionally. Your eye rolling, no greet and lack of enthusiasm was poor!! I wouldn't recommend your services to anyone.
Service, friendliness and skills!! I needed my wedding dress taken in and needed it bustled. Shannon was able to do it AND give me time to lose a few pounds before my big day. She did a great job at a great price! Thank you! I will be back for ALL of my alteration needs!
