Took in a kids jacket with a broken snap plusses a Columbia fleece that need the wrist area stitched. Said it would be two weeks because they have alot of customers but they called me a week later. Great gast service. Very great priced. I have always used this family owned business.

This place opens at 10AM I get there around 10:07AM I walk through the door just to be rudely blocked off by a lady practically shoving me out the door with her body, telling me to come back in an hour and that they had another customer. No, Hey, hi how are you, I'm sorry I can't take you right now or at least look at what I had. So instead I hopped back in my car and took my jacket to Duc's Tailors and I was taken care of right away. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I had brought in pants to be hemmed 5 different times. Once, they hemmed them the wrong length and I told him about it when I had to bring them back to be done correctly. The second time they hemmed them the wrong length by 4” !!!! I again brought them back and was told that it was MY FAULT!! When I picked them up again from being hemmed again, I was told again it was my fault and he charged me again to hem the same pants I had already paid for!!!! These guys are awesome. It’s the one tailor I’ve met where you can actually speak your mind and they address all your concerns. Typically very timely - and incredibly good people. I only go here now.
