These guys are awesome. It’s the one tailor I’ve met where you can actually speak your mind and they address all your concerns. Typically very timely - and incredibly good people. I only go here now.

Reality check. If there was confusion about repairing pants a simple call verifying what was originally requested at 27,". Again, I do not pin my pants. Also, Lori knew about Washington Trust charging double, why didn't she communicate that along with sharing it would take 3 weeks to hem pants when they were dropped off because of holiday. Assumption is the mother of all screwups!

I called very near the end of the day with a very time sensitive request, needing a jacket and trousers hemmed before my flight the next day. The gentleman was able to make it work for a 3pm pickup. Then my initial flight was severely delayed and I was rebooked for a much earlier flight which would require me to pick it up at 11:30. I called to let him know not to rush since there was no way I could be there by 3 and he simply said he nearly done and would see me at 11:30.
