I will absolutely NEVER use this places services again! They totally effed up my brand new white Levi's 🤬 They started by putting a permanent crease on the back of my jeans, not the front (who the heck does that?) Then, they put the crease on the front and one leg wasn't straight. It took them three times to get it right and it STILL is crooked. Not to mention, they took off too much on the hem. I had a dress altered for my first formal event since having a double mastectomy. I asked for the breast area to be made flat. I even asked if she wanted me to try it on, to show her. She declined. The chest area is not flat. It’s a saggy mess. It now fits me worse than before. At least before I could wear prosthetics, that is no longer an option. Wedding is in 5 days. And now I’m scrambling to find a dress local. Thanks guys!!!
Just went in here in the hopes to get a zipper fixed when the kind person directly in the desk to the right when you enter the door (hannah I believe), told me someone just stitched over the zipper and it didn’t need to be fixed. She undid the stitching free of charge and sent me on my way! Very nice and accommodating. Thank you so much!
I wanted my jeans to be hemmed with the original hem…like do you think it looks good the way you guys did it ? Seriously ? thanks for screwing up my perfectly good pairs of jeans. 🫶
