Not sure what happened to this place, used to be cool and the ladies were very polite and helpful- it was a pleasure to come here. Not anymore! Decided to go to another place in town and the woman told me what I already suspected- that men do not like going here due to the way they are treated/discriminated against- She was backed-up for months as a result. I have been here probably like 5-6 times over the last 20 years or so and the other times were good, hence 2 instead of 1 star. I brought in 2 new pair of pants with an old pair of shorts and asked the woman who was working with me to make the shorts 2 inches longer than the ones I brought in- no problem she said, as it should be- simple 101 stuff. Worst customer service experience I have ever had- the women I dealt with was extremely rude- which wouldn't have really mattered to me if the job was done correctly, which it wasn't. There are far better places in the Rogue Valley to have the same service provided, in a professional manner I might add
If I could leave 7 stars I would. These ladies are AMAZING. Hannah fixed my wedding dress the day before my wedding within the same day. I was told prior (at another shop) my dress couldn’t be fixed. They are so accommodating, sweet, and are incredibly fair priced. Highly recommend! Will be using them again for any needs.
