Lucy expertly altered and added custom sleeves to my wedding gown, which was a sample sale dress that I bought a few sizes too large. Her prices are reasonable, she is upfront about the work involved with each alteration and the cost of each service, and she was extremely thorough. My dress, once much too big and not the look I was going for, ended up fitting like a glove by the time she was done.
Lucy was absolutely amazing! She helped bring my vision for my wedding dress to life, adding beautiful short sleeves that made the dress perfect. The entire process was smooth and stress-free, and Lucy's attention to detail was incredible. On top of that, I also found the perfect wedding jewelry and hairpiece at her shop. Lucy did such an amazing job on my dress! When I was originally unhappy with a stitch on the dress, Lucy let me bring it back and she fixed it with no questions asked. She even steamed it a second time for no extra charge! I really appreciated the extra work and time she put in to make sure I was happy with the dress. I could not thank her enough, it turned out perfectly!
