I have been using Alter Phase between 2 properties for about a year now. I thought they only did roofing which was the 1st job I hired them for in early 2025. I couldn't be there but my brother and one of my tenants said they are very professional. Recently I had an emergency situation where I needed a job done quickly and I just asked if they did brick and concrete work also. They said they can do it and they did an excellent job in a timely fashion. I will definitely use them again.

One of my metal fascia was hanging from my roof overhang loose and swinging due to high winds. Contacted Alter-phase Roofing. They gave me a price - arrived the next morning secured and nail metal fascia. Very Professional -arrived as scheduled. Job completed - in very windy condition. i would use company again if needed.

We went with Alter Phase for a roof replacement and they did an amazing job! Communication was great and we felt informed about every step in the process. They gave us a fair price too. Overall we were satisfied.
