I bought my very first Electric bike last month and everyone here was so helpful. I was able to get an amazing deal on an open box bike. I absolutely love the bike.

Yoel couldn't have been any nicer and we had a blast renting his E-Bikes. We followed his recommendations on where to ride & ended up getting a good feel for the downtown Vancouver area. Highly recommended experience!
came all the way from Ontario and felt welcomed from Yoel before we even made it to the shop!! we were lost and phoned him asking where it was located and he helped us find our way. Once we arrived he was very helpful at describing where the paths were located and approx how long it would take us. He suggested other things to do while we were visiting the area and was very friendly and personable which made our experience even better! Thanks so much for our bikes, definitely will be back!! :)
10/10 experience. Yoel gave us a great itinerary on places to visit ( Kitsilano is a must) and is very knowledgeable in the E-Bike space. We were on vacation and it was evident he truly cared about us having a memorable time. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in town.
