Ive received a collection notice from them for around 1500 dollars. I have never been there . I live on the other side of the US. Looks like its some kind of scam
They didn't run my insurance correctly got my address wrong and 2 years later I have a collections for a service I had there
Paid a $500 bill from 2022. Still getting 3rd party bill collectors calling me to collect an amount I already paid. Can't even ask Alteon to stop this because their phones don't work. Every phone number leads to no results because it's all automated.
I don’t know this company they just put me on collection for $900 that’s so crazy
