They didn't run my insurance correctly got my address wrong and 2 years later I have a collections for a service I had there
Paid a $500 bill from 2022. Still getting 3rd party bill collectors calling me to collect an amount I already paid. Can't even ask Alteon to stop this because their phones don't work. Every phone number leads to no results because it's all automated.

Horrible scam. Posted up a fake charge on my credit report. This is a scam.
Just got a phone call today stating I owed $2000 in own none charges and when I asked for the supposed place that sent me to collections they were unable to tell me any name or way to contact the supposed establishment. I had tricare all my life military brat x military spouse they cover EVERYTHING. So I know this is b.s
