Where to start... the staff was warm and inviting. They made sure I understood all of my insurances benefits and charges. Dr. Altenbernd is just amazing and the office has some incredible state of the art equipment! My daughter felt comfortable and enjoyed her visit. My second daughter also had an eye emergency later in the day. Dr. Altenbernd dropped everything to deal with it. He made my scared child feel safe and that everything was going to be okay. I can’t thank him enough!!
So friendly and wonderful to work with, doctor and staff alike! Highly recommend.
