Best mechanic in the west!
Very knowledgeable and does great work and at a great price. I will continue to take my vehicles here. I rarely post reviews but Tom truly deserves it. I was going to walk home after dropping my truck off and he offered to drive me home while the repairs were being done. Above and beyond customer service.
Tom Altenau is so knowledgeable and helpful. He has kept my older Toyota running perfectly and I've never had a single issue with it.
I'm not a customer, but i did call to ask about work being done on my vehicle. He was polite upon answering the phone. I only say he because im bad with names, non the less he informed me properly and respectfully. If i had more time i would absolutely bring my vehicle here for repairs.
