I am excited to write this review as this is the 7th company I have been in contact with! I always call, get an estimate date from many and they never show up. Not Mr. JOHN at Altek. I called, he answered, we scheduled, he did exactly as he said he would do. John and his team came, did the job and it is great! My family and I are so thankful for this to finally be completed. John & his crew did awesome work. They replaced the back section of our chain link fence. It was a little challenging due to a large flower bed & several large bushes. They never hesitated & did a great job. John also fixed the wheel on a large swing gate. It took a couple weeks to find the right piece but he would not accept final payment until the job was complete. We called several people before calling Altek & John was the only one to come out. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
They repaired a post. It is in solid, but they moved it over so that the gate no longer closes. So now I need to add some spacers and such to finish fixing it this weekend. I figure that's the kind of thing a professional fencing company would do when you hire them and pay them a fair rate for the work. $240 to replace a single post and make sure the fence isn't left dangling seems fair. If you have to hire these guys, just watch them to make sure they do a good job or hire someone else.
John and his crew at Altek Fence did a great job on our fence. We couldn't be happier with it.
